Los Angeles wedding patch bars, from DTLA lofts to hillside lawns
No travel fee, and a crew fluent in LA's very particular load-in culture.
LA weddings we build for
Los Angeles gives us the widest venue spread on our map: exposed-brick lofts in the Arts District, Malibu lawns with a marine layer on schedule, mid-century houses in the hills, and studio spaces where your planner has transformed a soundstage by Saturday. The patch bar adapts to each — industrial venues get the raw-wood table styling, estate lawns get linen and lower displays, and studios get whatever your designer sends us in the deck.
The load-in truth
LA venues are gorgeous and logistically feral. Freight elevators with their own schedules, loading docks shared with three other vendors, street parking permits, COIs due 72 hours out — we have processed all of it. When you book, our crew takes over venue coordination directly: certificate paperwork, dock times, elevator reservations. You will never forward an email between us and a venue manager.
What LA couples order
More custom patches than anywhere else — the couple's dog, the taco truck from their first date, a tiny freeway shield for the route between their apartments. LA guest lists also skew style-fluent, so the bring-your-own-denim option gets real use here; expect a third of guests to arrive with their own jackets once word gets out that pressing is on the menu.
Areas and logistics
We cover the whole county — downtown, the west side, the valleys, the beach cities — with no travel fee. Evening load-ins for venues with daytime restrictions are routine. Power needs stay modest (one 120V circuit per press), which matters at historic venues with protective site managers. Check the pricing levers, then send your LA date and venue for a same-week plan.
