Pricing
Wedding patch bar pricing, itemized like a grown-up quote
No mystery packages. Here is what moves the number and where it usually lands.
From ~$5,000
Staffed patch bar stations for local Southern California weddings start around five thousand dollars, covering crew, equipment, setup, teardown, and a curated patch menu.
$250 / hour staffing
Crew time bills at $250 per hour and includes arrival 60 to 90 minutes before doors plus quiet teardown after your bar closes.
$900 travel
Weddings outside the Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego metro areas — Las Vegas included — add a flat $900 travel fee. Destination weddings farther out are quoted per trip.
The levers
Five things that move your quote
| Lever | What it means for the number |
|---|---|
| Guest count | Drives patch quantity and blank quantity. A 90-guest favor table and a 250-guest one are different animals; both work, but the patch order roughly scales with RSVPs. |
| Blanks | Totes and bandanas keep costs friendly. A full denim jacket run for the wedding party sits at the premium end. Mixing tiers — jackets for eight, totes for everyone — is the most popular play. |
| Patch menu | Stock embroidered patches are the baseline. Custom designs (venue art, pets, monogram crests) add a design and production fee and about three weeks of lead time. |
| Hours live | Three to four hours covers most receptions. Adding the welcome party the night before is often cheaper than you expect because the crew and gear are already in town. |
| Distance | Local OC/LA/SD weddings carry no travel fee. Las Vegas and beyond add the flat $900; true destination events get a custom travel quote. |
Ballparks
Three honest scenarios
The intimate one. Sixty guests in a Laguna canyon garden. One favor table with totes and a 40-patch menu, two crew for three hours. This sits near the starting price.
The full production. A hundred forty guests at a San Juan Capistrano ranch. Couple's jackets pressed at golden hour, twelve wedding party hats, favor totes for every table, four hours live. Expect the mid range: the jacket run and deeper patch menu do the lifting.
The Vegas weekender. Ninety guests, a Strip-adjacent terrace, hats plus a bandana favor bar, $900 travel on top of the station. Ask about running the welcome party for marginal cost while we are in town.
Every quote itemizes crew, blanks, patches, and travel separately, so you can trim any line without a renegotiation. Christine on our team reviews each one before it goes out.
