Wedding patch bar services, from jacket studio to favor table
Every station is staffed, styled, and built around your guest list. Pick one piece or run all three.
Couple's jacket studio
The centerpiece. Two denim jackets — yours or sourced by us — patched with your new monogram, wedding date, and a back piece designed around your invitation suite. Press them live as a reception moment or have them finished for the first look.
Wedding party hat bar
Richardson 112 and Flexfit blanks in your palette, with chenille letters, varsity numbers, and crest patches. Bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, and the officiant each build a hat that matches the wedding without looking like a uniform.
Guest favor station
The whole room gets in. Canvas totes, bandanas, or bring-your-own denim, plus a patch menu deep enough that the 90th guest still has real choices. We size patch quantities to your RSVP list so the table never runs bare.
Patch curation & custom designs
We stock hundreds of embroidered patches — botanicals, hearts, letters, cocktails, coastal motifs — and can produce custom pieces: your pet's face, the venue skyline, a lyric from your first dance. Custom runs need about three weeks of lead time.
Blank sourcing
We supply the goods so you never haul boxes: Bella+Canvas layers, denim jackets across a full size run, structured and unstructured caps, and natural canvas totes. Prefer to provide your own? We press on those too after a quick fabric check.
Crew, setup & teardown
Two pressers minimum on every wedding, arriving 60 to 90 minutes before doors. We handle table styling to match your design, run the line all night, and break down quietly while the dance floor is still going.
Logistics, minus the headache
What we need from your venue
- Space: a 10x10 footprint fits the full three-part setup; a single favor table fits in 8x6.
- Power: one dedicated 120V/20A circuit per press. No generators screaming behind your string quartet.
- Load-in: about an hour. We coordinate directly with your planner and venue so you never relay a message.
- Timing: most couples run the bar from cocktail hour through the first half of dancing, roughly three to four hours.
Add-ons from the wider Merch Troop menu — live shirt pressing, embroidery, laser-engraved keepsakes — can share the footprint if your guest count justifies a second lane.
