Vegas weddings, two flavors

Half our Vegas work is hotel elegance — terrace receptions with the Strip glittering behind the patch table, ballrooms with production lighting that makes the station glow. The other half is desert: Red Rock overlooks, dry-lake-bed ceremonies, rented compounds in the outskirts. The build travels well to both; desert dates get the outdoor kit plus dust covers, and hotel dates get whatever the banquet captain's loading-dock rules demand. We have signed in at most of the marquee properties already.

The travel math, plainly

Las Vegas sits outside our no-fee zone, so a flat $900 travel fee rides on the quote — that is the whole surcharge, not a per-night multiplier. Which creates the best value play we offer: once the crew is in town, additional wedding-week events price at marginal cost. Reception Saturday plus welcome party Friday is the classic Vegas bundle; the second night typically costs less than half a standalone booking because the travel line is already paid.

What Vegas crowds build

Vegas guest lists arrive in celebration mode and it shows at the table: higher patches-per-guest averages than any other city, heavy traffic on playing card, dice, and desert motifs, and near-universal uptake on hats — the sun makes them practical, the mood makes them mandatory. Plan quantities up; our Vegas math assumes three patches per guest instead of the usual two and a half.

Booking a Vegas date

Give us the venue and whether you are Strip or desert when you check your date — logistics differ enough that it changes the plan. Multi-night couples should say so up front for the bundle pricing.
